THE WINES

1. Tanners Claret, Bordeaux. This Merlot-driven house claret has all the brambly fruit and adaptability of a classic Bordeaux. Full of hedgerow fruit and plums, this is sumptuous and highly drinkable.
2. Tanners Gascony Dry White, Côtes de Gascogne From Montréal-du-Gers in South-West France comes this delicious citrus and floral white. Perfectly balanced, the freshness cuts in to the exotically rich palate, preparing you well for the next glass!
3. Tanners Sauvignon, Pays d’Oc. A superb, fresh, grassy Sauvignon with good fruit and crisp acidity which bears testament to the dramatic improvements in modern French winemaking, and in particular the famous François Lurton who now makes wine worldwide. 
4. Tanners Merlot, Pays d’Oc Deliciously soft and fruity with lots of juicy, plum flavours. This is attractive and characterful with no hard edges just plenty of succulent fruit making it perfect easy-drinking on its own or with food.
5. Tanners Chilean Chardonnay, Colchagua Valley. An exuberant Chardonnay with flavours of paw-paw and mango, characterised by an excellent fruit-filled, juicy finish.
6. Tanners Argentinian Malbec, Mendoza. Juicy, open nose, full and ripe palate with lovely black and red fruits and an appealing fresh character make this an ideal allrounder.
